A FRESH LOOK AT YOUR SOFTWARE SPENDING

A little less waste.
A little more room
to grow.

You work hard for your business. Let’s make sure the software you pay for is working just as hard.

SMO helps US B2B agencies review unused seats, overlapping subscriptions and upcoming renewals—with every decision in your hands.

No upfront audit fee. No verified savings, no performance fee.

YOUR SOFTWARE, WITH A SECOND LOOK

Keep what helps.
Question what doesn’t.

A SIMPLE PLACE TO START

Less guesswork.
One step at a time.

We begin with up to ten internally funded subscriptions. You get a clear view of the options before any changes happen.

01 / GET TO KNOW YOU

A 15-minute fit call.

Tell us about your agency, your tools and what’s coming up. We’ll decide together whether a review makes sense.

02 / LOOK AT THE DETAILS

A focused review.

After agreeing scope and terms, share approved bills, contract details and usage summaries through an agreed channel.

03 / YOU CHOOSE

Options you can weigh.

See the costs, service tradeoffs and implementation effort. You approve every vendor contact and change.

04 / CHECK THE RESULT

Savings we can verify.

Compare equivalent service, adjust for usage and credits, and deduct attributable implementation costs before calculating a fee.

ALIGNED WITH YOUR RESULTS

Good for your margin.
Clear from the start.

The proposed pilot fee is a share of documented, accepted net savings. We agree the baseline, scope and measurement rules in writing before work begins.

YOUR POINT OF CONTACT

Hi, I’m Connor.

I’m launching SMO around a straightforward idea: business owners deserve a clear view of where their money goes and a say in every change.

We’ll start small, ask practical questions and work from your actual numbers. You don’t need to have everything organized before saying hello.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOUR AGENCY?

A good fit starts
with a conversation.

  • You run a US B2B agency and own your internal software budget.
  • You typically spend $3,000 or more each month on software.
  • You have subscriptions or renewals you’d like a second look at.
  • You can share approved expense records and authorize changes.

Not sure about the numbers yet? That’s okay. We can discuss fit first. Client-owned subscriptions are outside this initial pilot.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Still curious about something?
Send Connor a note.

Will you change or cancel our tools?

Only with your written approval. Required features, integrations, data retention and service levels are part of the review. You stay in control.

What if you don’t find savings?

No verified savings means no performance fee under the proposed pilot. Keeping your current setup may be the best recommendation.

How are savings measured?

We agree an expense baseline, compare equivalent service and normalize changes in usage. We account for credits and attributable one-time costs. A forecast is never billed as savings already achieved.

What should I bring to the first call?

Your agency name, a rough idea of software spending and any upcoming renewals. No documents or passwords are needed for a fit call.

Does submitting a request commit me to anything?

No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Work begins only after scope, confidentiality, measurement and engagement terms are agreed.

LET’S TAKE A LOOK, TOGETHER

Your next step can
be a small one.

Tell us a little about your agency.
We’ll take the conversation from there.
